A unique one-off piece.
A hand thrown and turned 'Rain' glazed vase, fired in an oxidation atmosphere. Made from a speckled buff stoneware clay and coated in a red clay slip. This 'Rain' glaze and slip combination has layers of colour through a shiny surface, contrasted with a textured red clay. Turn the vase to study the rain clouds over rugged mountains.
